Leila Leidtke is a Christian author, grandmother and resume specialist. Leila has written poetry all her life. She loves to help adults find their way to the career field that suits them best. Her former jobs with disabled adults have honed her ability to provide employment guidance. Leila also loves to encourage children to dream about their own futures and learn practical lessons that will help them in life.
The inspiration for Don’t Be a Pig in a Panic comes from storytelling, knowledge of animals and Leila’s own experience as a missionary to the jungles of Honduras. Benjamin (Piggleton) Franklin teaches kids two important lessons in the book.
Leila and her husband are missionaries as well, and her upcoming book, When You Pass Through the Waters, recounts their experiences on the mission field.
Leila resides in Delaware, Ohio with her husband and faithful Labrador, Champion. They have three grandchildren.
